A high Bramble, yes, POSSIBLY, but you are still missing the All Resists. I'm going PvP, and I feel at this time that CoH is the best way to go for the mere fact that 1) you get the skills, and 2) you get the resists. I might throw on a Bramble, and see what a 45%+ would do for me.
