Spirit or lidless for sorc?

Well, it can depend on what type of lite sorc you are. If you are say an ES sorc, who needs to dump lots of points into energy, it may not be as good to be putting points into strength to use a Spirit. However, if you are using just a regular lite sorc (lite/****e + synergies basically and other important stuff) then you do not even need to be putting points into energy and can therefore split it up between the str that u need for Spirit, dex for whatever you need for gear if you need any, that you need and rest into vit. My ladder2 sorc ended up using a Spirit and i think i still had 400 into Vit; other gear can make up for your weaknesses which is what i did. Note that Spirit also has 35% of 3 diff resists that can help a little, as well as 55% fhr. And with the fcr, the way I see it is the faster your casting the spells, the faster they'll fall and won't be able to get you. Since lightning is a ranged spell, hopefully the monsters won't get too close to you, and if they do just tele a little bit and continue casting your spells.
