1) Well, ravens serve more purpose than just to stun, their blind ability is essential for any druid really. For example - when fighting in the Frigid highlands in hell, a smart druid would cast ravens near packs of Burning Dead archers to blind them, therefor removing them from the fight so he can focus on other enemies. They also are quite a pain to retreating/teleporting mosters, as they make them become dumb, and don't move any more due to the fact that they can't see, have been stunned (and thus given an AI pause to force them to reconsider their actions), and are now forced into their natural roaming AI until an attackable comes close enough to them/ they become unblinded.
2) Good point to state that they do add bonuses to resist all, alot of new people don't know that.
3) Who the hell is Zambot? Why would a Postcount mean anything? We both have superiority complexes, lol.
Ah, nice post Zambot, who uses his crappy observation skills and useless advise to provide a completely spam post into a serious "Discussion", which i would like to add, has been resolved.
Oh, ya, that's who zambot is >
I've been making a summoner, and decided, what the heck, i'll go for it. I found him to be effective in hell. I used an editor to test first. I gave him a grande total of +22 all skills (12 (9x summon gcs, Annhi, and Torch) from inventory, 12 from equipment (Jalal's, Mara's, 2x SoJs, Lidless, Dark Clan crusher, "Rain" archon plate)). This put my skills up to 44 in all summons. I Maxed Ravens, Wolves, Grizzly, and HoW. Later on i put a pt in Cyclone armor, and spent my last few points synergizing it with tornado.
I found Dire wolves to be the best early on, but after you start to put points in grizzly, and have the bulk of your +skills on, i switched to Spirit wolves. They managed to remain alive long enough, and actually outperformed my dire wolves. These ppl were mighty powerful, and they had enough presense to keep the enemies off my back. I tested in the WSK lvl 2, and found that they could survive ALOT of Gloam Lightning. Infact, the first time i tested without hacked sorbs/resists and got smacked by a gloam bolt and died. My wolves got hit by 5 more bolts than i did, and they were still alive. Sheesh.
This build is actually quite viable, and, if played the expensive route, can be quite efficient in hell.
Reccommended switch weapon - Perfect Cta (where it matters) with Lidless. This allows us to amp our wolves up EVEN MORE than they already are.
I'm going to *try* to format this character into a guide and PM it to a mod. Thanks for the help, discussion, and arguements (**coughcoughKeitarocoughcough**). Oh ya and Zambot will be added to my signature for the most retarded post I've ever seen.

Zambot Wrote:...and Fighta, who uses the base that he has 'severe mental disorders' to frighten the former from posting. :/
