mm.PKID picking error

I checking in my scanned items log and i found that i was finding gems and shield that i had designated in mm.PKID for the bot to pick up and stash.....but the bot neither picked it up and stashed it nor did it selll it.....why is it doing this??? Because if its messing up with these things what about other items that it may be missing>???? plz help
