Try right clicking on it, going to properties and playing with the checkboxes as Blind said, if that does'nt work:
Reboot your computer and as it starts up hit F8 (usually its f8 for safe mode) to get into safe mode, then try to delete it. If you can't figure out how to get into safe mode, computers differ so I'd have to be there to help.
You could also try running scan disk and try to delete it after, but there is only a small chance that will fix it.
