about Barbs.. like frater said, you will need to be semi rich in order to make a barb. so i'm not sure the point of you making one for PvP as you will only be dissapointed/able to beat similar people who are not rich.
as 2ndary gear you will try and use 2x Dooms if you have stash space or 2x Um wizzy's or w/e else you can hold in your stash, for main/default gear, read above. you will need to hit 37% (i believe) FCR as a BvC which you currently have...0. You should follow frater's suggestions as default gear (yes ebotdz would be a 2nd to grief, i think) and base gear around that. 37%FCR is a must, 48-86% fhr is a must, angelics aren't crucial given right charms (pref. max/ar/life if not than ar/life with a few fhr/res and life/res scs). You must also hit the 34ias breakpoint on your main (i think left?) wpn, hopefully you can reach the 39? ias (hlp plz) bp for conc/zerk with an axe. otherwise, he's dead every time w/o the FCR breakpoint or FHR...
you guys have to understand that you need to build a char OFF OF YOUR GEAR to have it be viable PvP ... PvM you could find/shop everything if you needed to, PvP is so different it's amazing. You need to have the gear before the char and have the proper gear to actually have a chacne... d2 is so gear dependant it's outrageous (thx to mass dupes of currency i.e. hrs and sojs), any1 can obtain the gear, so you have to ahve it as well... if we all had to find everything and trade that way.. the game would be MUCH more skill dependant..(not that i'm against having sexy gear)
