Why stop them? In all honesty, instead of hiding your kids from the subject, or making them fear sex, you would get much better success if you were open about it. If they think sex is normal, they would have sex less.
I know it sounds odd, but study after study has shown that early sex and drug use is often contributed to rebellion, and how the schools and parents try and "scare" you out of doing it, just making you want to even more.
As for the porn on the PSP... come on. Unless your kid is completly computer illiterate it is very difficult to filter out porn and such on the home PC. With online web proxies to get around content filtering, and it would be difficult to read MASSIVE key logger logs (if you keylog your kids) to see if your kid is looking for naked pictures of Beyonce... it is even more difficult if they are accessing there nearest WAP (wireless access point), as is the case with the PSP.
