Note this will not work if you got a router hooked up I think.
ok guys to do this you-
first go to start>run then type in "cmd"
In the command prompt type in "ipconfig/release"
Go to control panel>network connections
and in the general tab in that drop down box highlight internet protocol (tcp/ip) then click properties
click the "use the following ip address"thing and just enter numbers that appear like an ip then click ok and ok on the other window.
then open it back up and go to the same window and click the "obtain ip address automatically" and click ok on both windows again.
then in the cmd prompt type "ipconfig/renew"
and bam your temp ban should be gone.
