Wind druid first timer, need help with stats

Well the windy I built had very little dex and crap chance to block. I am really regretting this choice now. I see now how it would be real handy for PvP and as for PvM baalrunning is a huge chore even with the massive amount of life you have. I am currently dumping all the stats he gets into dex to see if I can fix this slightly but I think I'm just SOL as he's lvl 88 and has piss poor chance to block.
