So you must accidentally slip on a banana and be projected at least 8 Km/s opposite of the gravitational pull to at the very least be in orbit. Which I classify as off the face the face of the earth.
If you were on the bottom, and gravity were pulling downwards, you would have no stability and would seemingly just float away. So is gravity acctually pushing upwards at the same time it is pushing downwards? Or is it pushing IN, from whatever location, towards the core of the Earth? Or is it even being pushed, could it be being pulled?
I don't know what the **** happed to this post, I sort of ranted on but oh well. -shrug-
