I didn't read all the post so don't jump down my throat if someone already post this. But it may be a software error. Try a system restore back to last date you remember it working.

That is what is so funny Bigd...it all worked when I left for my sister's house,and it was allfuuked up when I got home.(we wont even GO into how many porn sites were in my browser cache and saved to favorites)....

Dan I also thought of having someone install it for me.Not only do I intend to get another desktop,but a few laptops for college purposes.
As for the software,I asked a friend to remote access my computer and look into it.Hopefully I will get it all figured out.
