Now here's something that you don't always see in Azeroth: check out the Mini Chicken of Death, spotted clucking around Toshley's Station. Before you get alarmed, don't: it's actually an unknown player who got the short straw as the transporter malfunctioned, giving it a debuff that probably turned the hapless character into a black chicken.
We probably know what you're thinking right now: "But the black chickens created by malfunctioned transporters don't look so menacing! And so...tiny!" Well, it's because this player, newly inducted into the fowl species, took advantage of the situation and got some enhancements: Noggenfoggers and the Cloak of Shadows spell.
It's neither legendary nor even game-breaking, but it is certainly amusing. This picture is actually featured in WoW Insider's Around Azeroth gallery, where snapshots of strange and oftentimes humorous moments in Blizzard's World of Warcraft (such as mutated ogres) are featured.
