D2 Loader Issues

I've looked through all the threads i could on problems with D2 Loader and no where could i find what i was having issues with. Whenever i attempt to merge or double click on "auto-cdkey" i get a problem telling me the following: auto-cdkey.reg is not a valid win.32 application. Does anyone know how to fix, or get around this? Thanks in advance!
