Think of D2NT as a regular Ford car. It gets you to work and back, and you can take it on your driving vacation. It's automatic, so it isn't too hard to drive.

Now think of ETAL as a Porsche. It'll get you to work, but it'll do it in style. Plus it has a ton of features / goodies that a regular car doesn't. It's a stickshift, so it requires some know-how to get it to sing like a bird.
