NTBotgame.ntj (17) reference error: NTLoadConfig is not defined (PLZ HLP)

yeah i shut down the manager and bot when i made any changes and the char name is ecacly like that and it is in .ntl format, is there any other place i should be doing any changes exept that file? do i have the right version? should i try deleting that file and making change in any of the other pala scripts?
