Best place to get runes?

yeah jedi's got a point, although an ist of countess is pretty rare, i think, speaking from personal experiences and those of my friends, council is the best way to go, taking them on the way to meph w/a mf fire sorc (just happens to be what i use, doesn't affect rune drop -_- in case that didn't come out right) gets you decent drops, especially because the runs are so fast.. with meph AND council i run about 50-60 second hell meph runs... and it's not a bad trade off, sure i can do just meph at about 35 seconds.. but meph hardly EVER drops decent runes... and on the other hand, the council often drop quite nice jewels.. it's where i get all mine, a 40/7max, a 40/7str, a 40/9dex, and runes too, ber, vex, gul, ist.. all the goodies... (tho i don't believe they can drop zod.. i'll check the lvl tables)
