Here's what i've dropped off of NM andy:

Chances(various %, I mfed her hardcore for a long time w/ a hammerdin)
Nagels & Malands(never SoJs)
String of Ears
All low Sets(Mila and below)
Frosties(never Mage's)

i'm trying hard to remember, but that's all I can..(i don't mf her anymore, and haven't sinse beginning of Ladder #1)

Hell:

5x SoJ in first ladder(dead *** serious.. and every ring but Wisp)
Every Unique amulet but Metalgrid
IK Maul
Tal Ammy
Shako
Occy
Chances
Frosts+Mages
Snowclash, Vamp fang belt, Draculs(all of these weren't from andy, but from the monsters surrounding her.. ie shamans, hero tainteds..)
Thundergods
HoZ, Homunoculus, Boneflame
Vamp Gaze

and probably alot more I just don't remember dropping.. in conclusion

Botting(or manually MFing andy) WILL have great turnouts if you stick it out and do it long enough
