D2 on Multi users problem

Hey, i have 2 users set up in win 7 and the first one is installed normally but when i switch to my second user i cant install, it trys to play the game. have i done something wrong or is there a setting that i missed. next i will try to install in a new partition and see if that works.

also does sandboxie still work or legit way to play 2 copies?
