First of all, yes, that is/was my stuff. It was on my old amazon from .09 and thats why I have the armor and helm. They're from .09. Whoever stated that 40/15's don't drop anymore, you're right but you can still trade for them, so even if I didn't have these from way back when, it's still possible to make them today.

And yes, this is on USWest, nonladder. That's where anyone who's anyone plays.

That really seems like a flame to me. But, to answer your question, as I stated before, it was on an old character from .09. In .09 it was full of charms... hex charms, but obviously those have been deleted therefor my inventory is empty. I haven't bother to replay this char because I was going to just sell all the items at some point.

1. 40/15 IAS, 40/15 MAX, 40/10 MIN, 290s, and 32020s have stopped dropping. They are NOT possible. The reason is because Blizzard thought they were too good, blah blah blah.
2. Since when does a MH/the game display a name below the belt/rings and between the boots and gloves, guy with the 160/60 and 120/45? Last time I checked the only way you could do that is with a MH at which time it will display the name of whose inventory you are looking at. =\

don't forget the time that they accidentally merged nonladder and ladder so that people were able to xfer stuff from nonladder to ladder. i don't know if its relevent to the situation, but that's always a possiblity.

i gotta put my 2 cents in, if you look at the second pic you cna see a characters name under the slot for the belt which look exactly like what happens when you look in someone elses inventory wiht a mh, also the lack of charms, tp & id tomes. then again he kinda explained that already, that his hex charms got deleted.
