Ya cause people would have the 10gc's and the rest filled in with faster cast rate charms

Also, the other thing should be ias small charms that would be cool also.

dr% or ias% or fcr% along with like dmg% charms or defence% charms but this wont happen lol

to make them and put them online

You should try emailing them and seeing if they respond to you.

Blizzard has an automated response system. If the automated response doesn't answer your question, you CAN request an actual reply, but it usually takes 5-15 days. This is with CDKey requests anyway

It's possible for Blizz to create charms that have a FCR mod, but it probably won't happen.

And almost every major gaming company has an automated response to e-mails, I bet you if you e-mailed them twice asking different questions you would get the same e-mail back.

odd, almost every time i've emailed them it takes about a week or two, so either they dont have an automated system, or its slow as hell

Well they do probably get like at least a thousand emails a day/week
