Those NOX Hacked Charms...How the Hell Do I Make Them????

In open NOX there are peope that have charms that actuallly work.Really wierd.I have hero editor and when i put a charm in my inven and give it special abilities such as 107% increased attack speed i try to play and it doesnt increase my attack speed.So my question is,how do i make the charms in my inventory ACT like charms?

Are you talking about charms that do more than the max cap of abilities (127%)?

I mean people in non expansion open battlenet have charm type invisable items
they work like charms |
