not many into making d2 mods most your gonna find are older version mods.

http://www.planetdiablo.com/teknokyo/ this is the newest mod out for d2 that i know of and its for v1.10s beta,so it still wont work if you have the current patch unless you uninstall and reinstall then apply 1.10s beta patch

Edit:if your into mods try NWN tons of peeps make mods for it an they work for any version of NWN theres over 4000 mods for download and bioware supports the use of mods as blizzard doesnt.
