Xferring?

yesterday night i was xferring items to mules, and since i have two comps and 2 d2s i put one char in there and was moving items around with the other. I had about 100+ items on act 1 ground when i noticed i was missing an enigma, hoto, and cta. Now i know these werent duped because I found all the runes and made them myself. I also know no one else entered the game cause i cecked my mules chat log. My question is if you have too many items on the ground will they just dissappear or be deleted or something cause blizz couldnt handle it? If so that is very VERY fvcked up....

items dissapear when left on the ground after 15 mins magical,rare and uniques dissapear after an hour

lol yeah they dont ,even xferin that much on the ground it all dissapears with connection interupt ,A server shutdown you will lose most of it once it starts counting you cant enter that game anymore you can only grab items with the chars that are in game

socketed items (runewords) usually dissapear within 1 min or so, meaning u should xfer directly to a friend to be 100% safe

i was in a game with some guy that accidently droped his hoto and me and him where only in game and it dissapered in no time at all........so we learned that when xfering runewords you transfer them to a really close friend or put in on the other char you are using in the game so it dont dissapear
