Help With Hero Editor

Place the contents of This .zip file into your windows\system32 directory... then run each of these commands in the run menu..

ok im confused wat do u do? i downloaded .zip file and downloaded the 3rd title from the list. ok it works then it asks to open my character but i cant find it. what do i do? does it work on diablo2 LOD?

ya hi, when i try to switch chars on the editor it says char file to small and that its probably not a valid character. what do i do?

Spitfire, the file regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\Mscomm32.ocx is missing from the zip file i fink thats y it doesn't work for me! Plz check it!

I use hero editor and when making charms I see that you can add diablo attacks and stuff like that so your char can do them as well.

But when I add them on to a charm they don't work and they get labled as: Evil Force lvl 63

is there something i'm doing wrong?

Plus I made a defense charm and a attack rating charm and put them in my inv and it didn't make any of def or att rating go up any...I used enhanced def and regular def and enhaced attack rating, and regular. Can anyone help me out on how to get my def up to 2 billion or my attack rating up real high as well?

I have d2loader, zpickit and hero editor. i can make a ''super-hero'' with hero editor and use it in single player and tcp ip, but how do i use it on open bnet ?

The char you saved should be in the Character Select on Open.

i'm d-loading the hero editor now, i was just wondering does it work on us west soft core non-ladder??

No "trainers" work online. Your character files are stored on the server, therefore you can't edit them. They work single player and on open BNiet.

im using v0.80 and yes it was working before. when i click on open it doesnt show the chars and i know the chars are there because i checked the folder. when i click on where the char files at the top where it should say "open" it changes to "open (not responding)" and i have to press ctrl+alt+delete to close out of it and i also cant click on anything else only the destop, if i click on HE it turns white and i cant click on the open thing again. it also does this on internet explorer when i try to open a link in new window, it opens the new link sometimes but when i try to click on some other web page it turns all white. oh yeah it also wont let me close out of internet explorer it makes a sound like when an error pops up. do u have any clue whats wrong? i think i may have a virus on my comp so i gusse ill just format it soon.

Hm.. It does sound like your computer isn't working properly, possibly due to a virus. Also make sure you aren't trying to run too many things at once -- your computer may be out of system resources. For example, don't have MSN, AIM, etc. running when you are playing D2.

i never really have anything running when i play d2. the only thing i ever had running was HE.I gusse ill just format my computer when i get all the stuff i need off of it. i think the virus was from one of the hacks i downloaded that i found off of google.
