i'm sorry to say this, but i'm once again having doubts about the sword. i know ppl would hate me for saying it and all, but i didn't remember that rare items can have the "open wound" modifier. there are some other stats that just get to me that i don't remember that could be posible, including the low level requirement of 60. anyways, i don't know if i'd want to use that sword because with the "+46% level requirements" modifier you really may have to spend alot of stat points to be able to use that sucker, leaving you with not as many # of stat points to throw around in different areas. i'm sorry i have doubts again, and i know he has showed ppl the sword, so i guess u could call this an "observation".

I think the reason this weapon exsists is because of the +46% requirement. And if you have seen the weapon first hand then you cant say its photoshop stupid.

im sry but this is a complete fake, highest possible enhanced damage that will ever stack on a rare with (cruel+kings) is 450. Also the fact % enhanced damage based on character level cant even spawn on a rare should be enough to let you see this is a sad joke.
