battle.net uses there own copy of diablo II.that stores all of the diablo characters and shit.
no matter what files u change on your computer whether it is adding more stash space or changing graphics it will only be visible to you.so shut the **** up you would have to mod the blizzard computers that have diablo II to make any actual changes that wil lwork on closed.shut the ****up you monkey's k thnx.

The increase stash is clientside of course...but when u place an item in the extra space...it sends illegal packets to bnet which will den crash your game...
