I've had it for a while so i don't know if Macromedia still has the link to it. They came out with Flash MX 2004 but it didn't work well on my computer so i switched back to 6. Try downloading the trial of 2004 and find a crack for it.
Here's what i did to "Ah-Nold" using PSP 7. I was just playing around with the mirror effects and found that this is the best picture of Arnold. It's not a drawing but it's slightly funny.
