People say there are 30 hotos and perfect hotos whats the difference? if there is one

The difference is the stats of the item. But the better the item the more it costs.

30 Hoto has 30 all Resists, perfect has 40[30 being worst]

there are other stats that differ from others whenever u make a hoto....but resis being the most important amongst them...

the resists is the only one that varies but you can make a rollback an keep doing it an make perfect runewords w/o using new runes.
and only make them in a flail nothing else

for a flail 35 dex but the lowest you can make it with is 0 dex but that would be with a 2 handed staff
