Wtf? Removing someone without warning? And no offence but "word has it" who has this word. I mean seriously, if your a mod and your keeping stuff behind their back and just throw them off without warning. I mean you notice Nubli is the like only mod whos replied. Hes atleast giving us somewhat of a idea. But still we dont need to ***** about it but if you can just give him a reason why maybe we dont need to lose a good mod..er..x-mod but he still gives good advice and helps people out. Maybe you could have talked to him about it.. Maybe just delete the thread.. Dont need to go all crazy and stuff. Sorry for the sudden outburst but I think people have the right to know why they got kicked off.

well....i cna say im not just "power hungry" as what some of you guys said...I feel like quitting d2s is not because im not a mod...

Im kinda pissed off when i logged on and realised im nothing...no threads saying...or PMs or w/e...
Maybe some of u guys might not know me here...and what i do in my time...when i have nothing to do...i come to d2s and post...read...close..move..edit...now..without those abilities...i feel im nothing here...im deprived of my abilities in just 1 day...1 min in fact...
Im not trying to get "power" as a mod here...Im just trying to do my duties as a mod when i WAS a mod...not coming to this forums and abusing my authority...or showoff...
Im so pissed off right now...i feel like crying...i dedicating quite a lot of time on this forums moddiing....and it requires it...and now...its gone...its frikkin gone!

Well, on a kind of "mean" note, about your grades and shit, just suck it up buddy, if you really care, than pay more attention, try damn harder, and if you are trying the best of your abilities, than get some help.
On a "nicer" note, I liked you as a mod. But really, why not when you get bored some here and be like me, post, try and help the mods in any damn way?

I know you said you don't need or want "power" Or you're not "power hungry" But, you did have power. More than me or any other "regular member" so to speak. Yet, do you ever see me read / reply to a post that had spam in it, and not say something? Like just yesterday, Kurupus (what ever his damn name is) Made a thread, complete spam. Did I just leave it, and let it go? So what, I don't have the mod ability. I would have given him a warning, next time he would have been banned. Thread would have been closed, ext. But I can't do that, like you could have. Yet I still am able to try and shut him the **** up so he doesn't spam, become another 'thegrave' and report it to a mod. I want to keep this forum clean of people that **** us all off. I have very little power, infact maybe I have none besides my voice. I still do what I can, when I can. And I just don't understand why the hell you can't do the same. You have to go and throw a little fit just because you lost your mod, talking about quitting. I know I'd be pissed too, but dude quitting? You were one of my favorite people here... And now you're just err.. well acting like a ****ing child man.. Grow the hell up..

Yes...i might look a "****ing child"....but imagine...ur were a mod for around 2-3 months....everything was going fine...u were spending most of your time modding...or visiting d2s...going to moderator control panel to make sure everything's running smoothly...
As you thought nothing would go wrong....boom! You logged in to d2s seeing you were nothing....all the modding you did in the past could not be done...Afterall you did your job as a mod...and now they demoted you and they did not even tell me....or start a thread bout it...this shows how "low" you seem to them[admins]....that they dun even bother telling that you were demoted...its like killing an ant...no one bothers....

Think about it. Idiot members get warnings. Spammers get warnings. But if you prove you are good enough to be a moderator, you don't get warnings anymore because you are expected to perform your duties as a moderator. Obviously none of us saw that going on.

but where's the rule saying you cant post serial numbers...
the only one i see is dun ask for brute hackers...keyloggers..etc..never see any with not using serial numbers...

Nubli, good point I do understand what you mean, but he at the very least does indeed disurve an explination. And I don't mean like "Do it again and you lose your mod. possisstion" Kind of warning. I mean Sort of "You're having your mod. poss taken away, I will explain shortly" kind of warning, just something along thoes lines.

didnt do his mod job correctly...?? really, ive seen him close threads, move them, and such.... if ur talking about being stricter with people now because of the "new changes to the site" thread.. then maybe thats part of a reason.. UNLESS he was removed before the new changes for the site thread came and no mod was talking about it.
show me a list of what alfzzz was expected to do.. and what he didnt do. ill fill it out somewhat with my opinion
1. move threads that were in the wrong section (check)
2. ban spammers (still done but rarely)
3. ban idiots (done)
4. sticky important things... (done)
as for alfzz ive seen no reason for him to be removed unless the site was just running very smoothly and there was no need for him. then again firing him would be illogical if he wasnt paid in the 1st place. basically i'm saying it was pointless to fire him from the team without giving a reason why he was fired. again.. im asking for a pm or a public list to show what a mod is spose to do.. i'd say it appears to be a low stress job, but ive never been a mod.

Oh come on guys, I'm not coming on here in any way to disrespect Alfzzz, but just take a look at the facts before you open your mouthes. Take a look at the majority of threads he started and posts he made. Then take a look at Muzik's threads, or Mud's Threads...or Nubli's posts and Chesh's posts and threads. THen tell me what you see.
