So I was browsing my item editing options when I came across "Increase sockets".
Being the daring type I chose that one just to see what would happen.
Low and behold I soon had an 18 socket Templar Coat.
Intrigued I saved the file and went to check out HOW IN THE WORLD D2:LOD would display 18 sockets.
Well come to find out somewhere between 3 and 18 it gets the bright idea to just put socket holes EVERYWHERE on your screen when you hover over an item. I mean I had a socket appear in the top left corner of my screen and all sorts of places.
Needless to say I exited and quickly deleted the item from inventory.
Just thought I would share that bit of discovery with ya all.
