i know im gonna have to play it but im only making speculations i dont think i made any actual points to say its bad in any way its just something that doesnt appeal to me it might later on but not now, so please dont say i have made assumptions just opinions which are changeable

Single Player Halo2 Get a little tedious >.>. When you get thing fired up online, there is no competition between the two. Halo 2 pwns

Half Life 2!
Halo 2 is too repetitive, okay you can multiplay with x-box live now, dual wield weapons, and the game looks a bit more polished than Halo 1, but it comes nowhere near the overall quality of Half Life 2... Just my 2 cents.

Unless you've played both of them you got no room to talk. but I think which game you like all depends on what you consider important in a good game. Like some people like single player over multiplayer. others might consider the look of the game.(most hl2 supporters have been bragging about). But yeah. I like Halo because in the first one it really got you into the storyline- and it sorta does it with halo2 but not as well. I think bungie had a priority shift from,, depth of story to better gameplay. which in turs creates there kickass multiplayer. So since I like multiplayer(and I've never played hl2) Ima going to go for halo2. But my "changeable opinion" could swerve depending if I pay half life

Its too long to explain. Lots of complications and stuff. For you to really understand it you have to play the game or read the books

i have played them both and i still prefer half-life 2. Also half-life 2 deathmatch is extremely fun especially at LAN parties. i like shooting desks into the air and stand right where there gonna fall.

HALO 2 is the s***....half life 2 i'm sure is good (i haven't played it) but i own halo 2 and it is one of the best games ever made because of XB live and LAN support... and buy the controler S (smaller) much better controler (also comes with new systems now)

most the people supporting halo 2 are people with bad comps and have never played ha;f-life 2. Please play the game before you post here trust me. My friend said the same stuff until he played it at a LAN party. He even admitted it was better after that and hes a huge halo fan.
