they decided to skip the minipatches and go on to the next version. the 1.11 is just a beta for personel use only but i had access to it

just find the right person. believe me its very hard to find someone from bliz to tell you about it. they're trying to keep it secret.

i know someone whos uncle works for blizz, maybe he can shed some light on this.

he could try but it would be breaking contracts for releasing unschedualed information.

well that might pose a problem, but i think his uncle sheds light on a lot of things for him, but its probably only warcraft3. ill see what i can learn about d2 when i ask him on tuesday or next week.
