Better monsters/places for mf-ing?

Which they are?
Excluding the three ones.. what are the better monsters for mf-ing and where they are? Maybe some certain maps in acts could be good too?

Mausoleum (Burial Grounds)
The Ancient Tunnels (Lost City)
Ancients' Way (...)
Durance of Hate
River of Flame
Chaos Sanctuary
Worldstone Keep (.. or.. whatever the **** the 3 levels are called.)
Cow levels (are decent)
I hear good things about the jungles in A3 sometimes.
Uh.. I'm sure there's more though. Do some of your own exploring.

Certain monsters?

I remember someone post a list of them, i think was trayne, but not sure and i didnt find the thread. :confused:

Baal (duh)
Diablo (duh)
Mephisto (duh)
Andariel (duh)
Pindleskin (nihlathak's temple/anya's red portal)
Mephisto's Council Members (durance of hate lv3)
Eldritch (northeast of frigid highlands wp)
Shenk (bloody foothills)
Thresh Socket (I think..? I hear he's decent.) He's guarding the entrance to the crystalline passage in A5, which is located in the Arreat Plateau. From my experience, the entrance is almost always north east.)

Those are all the main ones off of the top of my head. There are plenty more though..

But in the end, the more you kill the more that drops = the more chances you have to find items. So now whenever I'm MFing.. I'll walk to a boss instead of tele, or "sprint" or whatever.

MF has very little to do with finding items, it's more about getting the most amt. of drops from the highest level monsters as quickly as possible. All of the places I listed have monsters at reasonable levels that you can kill, with a relatively good chance of them dropping the item(s) you want.. with a LOT of luck.

Most super uniques in A4 and up, also make decent bets as well. Except.. well the ones who don't have drops, if there are any. (Travincal being a decent place in A3.)

ive done a lil test with the jungles and hers what ive discovred if you work your way up from the docks till you get to trav u can get exceponaly good runes and items i did this 10 times and got a shako,shaft,titans,and a potion that gives 40 to lfe (hehe) also an ist and a dol and a pul rune and i had only 155 mf and 100% luck

If you mean the potion you get from Alkor after doing the Jade Figurine, it only gives 20 life and is a quest item you only get once per difficulty. It can easily be retrieved from the council too.

Since this is about MF'ing I wont waste a new thread on asking this question. What is the best place or where have you had the best results for finding a HOZ? I would say I accidentally found one doing a meph run. When he dropped it I was like "Holy S@*!", you gotta be kidding. Of course, he at the same time dropped a +3 eldritch. Woot, woot.

(shrugs) Some people may think "oh em gee +40 to life pot!!!" from what I've seen on these forums a couple of times? ("Where can I find 30 socket armor..!?) ;x

My suggestion is any place with a LV84-85 monster level. Most the ones I listed above, are 83+ I believe. Another, as mentioned is the flayer jungles in A3.

Just do constant runs of all those places, in probably every game you make. It'll give you the best results. More drops = more items = higher chance of finding #*@%.

Simple as that.

I think drifting cavern is a good mf spot(found manald heal and ik boots on 1 run) Its located in glacial trail.
