The effect i like is WereWolf, but I already created my own charm that lets my char turn into a werewolf and use all of the werewolf skills. Only problem is that the skills are charged, but the werewolf is an nv State. I'd like to know if there is a way to get infinite charges or have them use my mana and be like normal skills. I tested this on my Necro.

I found that I can add skills that I shouldnt be able to use to my skill list, but when I do, the list when I click on the Right-mouse click skill button:
