how to configure and run d2jsp / YAMB

yes they should seperate into different subdirectories...


in d2jsp/scripts/bots/ - there should be YAMB.d2j file
in d2jsp/scripts/libs/BotOS - there should be BotOS.Linear.Mover.d2l
in d2jsp\scripts\libs\common - there should be d2jsp-shrines.d2l
in d2jsp\scripts\libs\common - there should be 17files and 1 folder with 9files in the folder

do this for me... extract YAMB_0.9.4.9 to a folder on your desktop
then open the folder

there will be 4 folders in this folder, highlight and copy them

now move to your d2jsp\scripts folder

paste your files into this folder (click yes when it tells you you will overwrite files with the same names.


as for your old problem (the accountpassword / username thing) i have encountered the error too, my soultion to fixing it was to go to my autod2jsp program and click edit on my current setting...

then i hit okay then i went out to autod2jsp again and click save about 5times, then it worked... /shrugs... try it... it worked for me

ok the bot works for the most part... except... it crashes sometimes and when it does it enters accountname/password and i tried the saving thing u described above but it still types accountname/password.... i think my friend has a winxp system that ill try using the bot on... thanks for your help again.

Okay new problem... Is there any way to not use a mercenary. Mine dies and uses up the money my bot needs for tp's

look in the options and here should be one that says something like "leave merc dead if he dies and do not ressurect"

im still wondering how to get the bot to not type in accountname/password...... if anyone is running windows ME and knows how to fix this... please tell me... thanks.

and sorry silver, i still can not figure it out, i have even tried recreating the problem on a windows 98 machine, and i can not seem to get it to happen (i don't have ME laying around, or i would try =\...)

ok im gonna make a list of the steps i did to get to the point im at...

1. made d2jsp folder in directory c:/program files
2. extracted the cracked core+js32 into c:/program files/d2jsp
3. clicked on your first screenshot and found that its a mirror image of the way my files are in d2jsp.
4. copied js32.dl to c:/windows/system34 and c:/windows/system
5. opened makecdkeyhash, copied the numbers and created a key file by opening makekeyfile.exe and copying the numbers.
6. opened default.d2j and set it to my preference.
7. opened autod2jsp.exe and didnt recieve an error message on the first time (wonders why) and edited the settings to my liking, then clicked on save.
8. opened YAM_Config_shocker_Terror and scrolled down to the boss section. my boss config looks like this

9. edited the life and skills part in this file so my sorc uses lightning
10. saved the file, exited.... then opened up autod2jsp.exe, selected my profile.. and clicked enter.
11. still types in account/password so im currently pressing ctrl+v to enter my account and select my character.... if i missed a step please help.. thanks

just 1 more question.... when i start the bot should i close the autod2jsp.exe after it starts running?

i use autod2jsp to bot i dont use jsp itself lol. it only crashes if it gets one of those select char things and it says character not exist or w/e u know when it says player not found then auto crashes and stops running lol
(Im in silvers first pic lol) and my bot came with a bunch of scripts already, I have at least 20 and i dled none. Took me a matter of 20 seconds to configure and it works perfectly.

i never had to edit this file =\... i have installed this at least 6 times on 3 different systems on 2 different opperating systems...=\

ah well...

oh, and silver keep the autod2jsp open while you bot, it needs to stay open or it will only do one run ~_~

yo, iv been reading threw this and i tried useing the progarm. At first i couldnt get pass the username and password screen. Then i just fallowed silver ice's steps. Now i can get in the game but its selects the wrong character. Im also getting a error message that tells me to config my file for my character but i have. and it says d2jsp script "does not exist".

make sure u edit the starter and make sure u extracted yamb to d2jsp/scripts it will overwrite the d2jsp folders... and change ur char position.

also ive had my bot run where i opened autod2jsp.exe, opened the bot... and clicked the X on autod2jsp.exe and my bot ran 60 or so runs...

and cyber do u mean when u start the bot click minimize on autod2jsp.exe or just start the bot and leave autod2jsp alone....

start autod2jsp up, let it open d2 for you, then you can minimize, but you can not close autod2jsp

ok ive been getting an operating system error im wondering how to pass this... i have d2jsp minimized and the bots running then the bot will sometimes close and restart... then it opens my account and says something like "diablo ii has causeed an error and stopped working" "you can click on ignore or close" and my bot wont create another d2window so it stops after that. does it do this in xp at all?

I got it workin and its doin good except that it crashes quite a bit.
A few questions. Whats the difference between usnagit and snagit? and when ever im about to kill Meph it says " Your MF tab is same as the attack tab ...". What do they mean by this?

that means that you have the same amount of mf on your switch attack.... as your normal attack.. and there is an option in your sorc config that says like "xpswitchonkill=true" it should be set to false

I got a question again. I have my bot set only to Meph and set to Easy Kill spot. I also set OpenUberChest to True, but when i kill Meph it says some kind of a move error and will never go open it. any ideas how to fix that?
