Plain 2 OS Necro Wand for White Runeword w/ Mods as Follows
+2-3 to Bone Spear
+1-3 To Bone Armor
And Im not sure if you can even get a plain 2 OS wand with + to PnB skills but that would Be GREAT to have that and + to spear
The Bone Spear us a MUST on the wand, the Bone Armor is *Optional* Cuz I don't really need it.
I offer Eth Zoded Razor ++++ for one with just +3 to Spear and a Jav GC + Eth Zoded Razor + other decent stuff 4 one with both skills(I offer only the Eth Zoded razor for a +2 to Bone Spear) If the + to PnB skills one does exist and has both the Pnb Skills and +3 to Bone Spear I will offer Beyond good for it. And one that has all 3 Skills with + 3 to spear and armor well i can honestly say I would give an Enigma for it.

Yes this may seem kinda noobish and yeah most people would think a hoto is better but just think +4-5 to Bone Spear Then another +2 to all PnB skills thats +6-7 to Spear
