I dont have the time to set the items, but i can give you the skills:

01 Magic Arrow
20 Multiple Shot
01 Cold Arrow
?? Guided arrow ( for quick mana leech)
20 Valkyrie
20 Penetrate
20 Decoy
01 Critical Strike
01 Dodge
01 Avoid
01 Evade

Not really.
You get a standing still lock when you activate it wich immobilize you for a few sec.
Mor points in skill, longer lock.
So in other words, multishot is better as long as you have good atr. Rolleyes
