Talk about a halo 2 movie with warner bros and bungie? I have to admit that would be one kickass movie that would hit theatres and be a box hit for weeks and make millions of dollars seeing how the game made millions on the first day.

yeah that's very true, the final fantasy movie blew and so did starship troopers which was really just starcraft without the protoss. So the halo 2 movie would prolly suck.

well uber just sayin that starship troop was make from a book and well ya it sorta is like sc but if olny the zerg look like them then sc would be nice.expecally the torch bugs ^_^
and about halo 2 it might fair well but u never know till it's shown on the big screen

I personally think that it would be a lame excuse for a movie if it came out. They would have to add in extra characters and stuff to make the game not look like u just ran through lvls killing anything in ur way.

Yeah Starship Troopers was a movie that was made from a book then into a game,but the Final Fantasy movie was extremely bad so was Street Fighters.

ahh yes street fighter was lame it was more about the story of 2 characters then actual fighting that the game was but how about tron?,mortal kombat?,res evil?,house of the dead,double dragons (y teh **** did they make that!?),final fantasy 7(yes there is a ff7 movie...),and of course SUPER MARIO BROS!!(god they were all crappy movies LITTERLY double dragon) heres a game spy top ten list http://www.gamespy.com/articles/489/489722p1.html you must read the commentary i think DD the funniest)here is the first paragraph of the mario comment cand stop laughing to dam funny
Super Mario Brothers is kind of like Hell, except I'm pretty sure Hell has a better production designer. This is one ugly film, and I'm talking the kind of ugly that makes you want to tear out your eyes, throw them onto the floor, stomp on them, burn the remains, spread the ashes into the ocean, and then choke yourself to death with a bungee cord while frantically stabbing your groin with the sharp, jagged remains of a rusted aluminum soda can.
