About to make a concentrate barb

I have never made a concentrate barb before. Any suggestions on a strategy for one? Mostly I need to know what attributes I should put points into and equipment to use. I'm plenty rich so don't hold back on the equipment.

Thats just a rough off the top of my head set up. So there might be some flaws in the gear and what not.

just put all ur skills in dexterity and u will be godly
and put skill points into find item, find pot, and increased speed, then u wil be godlier

concentrate barbs dont need to be fast

basically a concentration barb is for fightning zealers because ive fought many concentrate barbs with ww and i'm yet to die by one.

usually they have massive defense (over 50k) and not much dmg...

exactlly my point concentrate barbs are nothing compared to ww but if you want to make one there ok

Just to let you know, whirlwind is not melee and is concidered ban manners. It is also an extreme noob move. I didn't ask for opinions on which you is better because quite frankly, your opinion means nothing. All I asked for is a strategy for making one.

Whirlwind is not melee. However, Concentrate is. Concentrate Barbs are worth while. I like them, they're probably my favorite dueling barbs.

hi... im a barb... if i spin in a circle and my sword hits you a few times its not melee....


now back in the days of 1.09 and early 1.10 no one considered an attack cheap or bad manners as u call them...

blizzard invented skills and attacks so people could choose how they fight. saying some attack is cheap or its bad manners only proves how much you suck against it. learn to deal with attacks like a big boy. my zealot doesnt call ww cheap and can kill most wwers very easily... is it cheap that i can kill wwers? am i cheap because i use zeal? nope

WW requires AR and is phys damage so it IS melee. Just to see your argument, what do you define as melee?

I didn't say that I can't beat it because i can easily. They ww, I smite, it's that simple. I have a counter for it but I would like to have a fair duel. If you haven't noticed, it isn't that easy to hit some when they keep running away only to attack you again.

Ok...true it does physical damage and it also has ar. Whirlwinding is this, you click on them and you whirlwind over, run away only to whirlwind again. Therefore, it is kind of difficult to actually get a hit on them. Concentrate barbs stand there and can actually take a hit from someone. Whirlwind barbs run away. How's that melee?

man, some people, ww is melee........how about this, i stand on the right side of you screen, and you stay on the left side, try to hit me without coming near me, oh yeah, you cant because it is a melee attack, besides, how could it NOT be melee? you HAVE to get close and physically have your sword hit them, while it is in your hands to be able to do damage, and if it wasnt melee, what else would it be?

Ok then, that's like saying Charged strike is melee. Charged strike = No ar. It's not caster either. So what is it? Ww is the same as Charged strike, its neither.

NO! WW is MOST definitely meleé. regardless of HOW it is done, or HOW you move, or WHAT it looks like, your weapon(s) still have to physically come in contact with your target, or else THERE IS NO DAMAGE DONE! how could that be anything but meleé?! according to http://www.dictionary.com (if that isn't a true source, nothing is) meleé is defined as:

hand-to-hand fighting in a pitched battle.

HAND TO HAND. that means that YOU touch HIM WITH YOUR WEAPON. that does NOT mean casting. it means MELEÉ!! I HATE IRRATIONAL PEOPLE OMG. okay, okay, okay.
