Where to get ftele or stele??

Do any of you guys know where to find a working 1.10 ftele or stele for diablo 2 lod??..
Ive been looking for the longest time for a working way to tele in town and use pickit in town as well... I need ftele or stele...but yet ... dont i need intown pickit first b4 i download ftele?... If any of you guys have a working link and file for ftele and intown pickit i would greatly appreciate if you would post them in this thread please...
