how do i perm?

i thought i knew how to perm but lately all my runes have been disappearing so can someone tell me the correct WORKING way of perming?

this is a new word to me.... even though i just started playing again after a year and a half gap or so. but ummm i think i seen something about this somewhere about making it so you can permanently buy charms and runes from NPC's ??? is that right?

uhm, to the best of my knowledge, permind a rune has only to do with opening a trade window with someone, putting the rune IN the trade window, like, offering to trade it, and then closing the window. also, make sure that you are the first one to leave the game. i'm pretty sure that is it...

Acctually, perming means you must sell to an npc and buy it back or up it to the next rune. Or you can trade them off for other runes as well. Hope that helped.
