I have never seen a comprehensive list for all the maximums allowed by 1.10... not at nightshiver... not in any text packaged with any editor... not anywhere on the internet...
The only way I know to keep damage from rolling over to negative is testing - lots of testing - and it does get tiresome to do so much tweaking. This afternoon I was tweaking the Necro's poison skills for about an hour. Couldn't balance them all even close to the maximum (which is just over 2 mil. damage per second for poison). So I gave up and just kept my ol' maxed nova scheme... We really need a list for this.

Yes physical can still be hurt by a negative damage depends on the damage and the setup
for example: I can immune auras using two methods 1. Bocl resists and bocl absorbs advantages smaller file size ability to heal on elemental attacks Disadvantage Will die with negative elemental attack 2. just bocl resists at much higher amounts Advantage Will not die from negative elemental attack Disadvantage Larger file size wont heal on elemental The thing we are noticing is the rollovers have a wide spread meaning that you can get a good damage at say 3 to 6 million but the optimum is a narrow spread within that range ie. 3.6 to 3.61mill example only as leech block is not an issue in 1.10 narrow spread is best, make your weapons to deliver a 1 point split min to max then adjust the overall damage from there maintaing the one point split to get an overall good damage you will know this thru testing in tcp/ip use a clone to test on to survive use nvs weapon block for sassy and dual claw is a must for others nv dodge and avoid

well put Burner at least someone here knows what there talking about also try adding enhanced min damage to shields to up your effective smite but bottom line is test test test till u find a good damage

PA is a combination of attributes for patch 1.09 it was a combo of resists and abs on high levels (above 1,000,000) Typically
In Patch 1.10 there is a form of PA which relies on the right combination of Energy shield , High mana and high mana regeneration
