I am thinking of hosting a LAN party for UT2004, but i dont know what makes a good lan party. Can you plz post some ideas that may make the party better?

I've never started, let alone been to a LAN party.
Maybe having refreshments, a comfortable enviroment, setting down the rules, and telling lots of people would be the prime things one should have.
