i used reagular unique items that i found on d2 sector its called items vault something like that and then i just modiffed them to the way i liked

I myself use Hero Editor version .80. It works well with Blackwolf's Drop 'n' Dupe Mod. You find the items, leave the game, open up Hero Editor, and just hack 'em out to your likings. I havn't tried any of the other Hero Editor versions, so I'm not sure. Just download v.80 if you want sure, guarenteed results.
