This thread is for all Mods and the people of http://www.d2sector.net. I have something to say im i will not stand down and hide in the shadows. This is what i have to say:

Two days ago i logged on to d2sector as normal to look at the posts and what not and i went into the signature thread and saw this:

im gonna ban accoriding the last 2 pages
u culd say its like pop quiz. u guys shuld always be ready.

I was pretty confused...So i looked back at the last two pages..this is what i found of my post:

9/10 dont like the animation
7/10 how did you make that render
9/10 thats nice in the back is a mother board correct?
This was pretty hard for me to make....i like it a lot tell me how you guys like it you might not (then a signature)
What do you rate the bottom?

Those are my post from the last two pages. Well muzik banned me for one of those. The one i think he was looking at was probably the very bottom one:

Well i posted that because someone didnt rate my signature so i wanted to know, but i could be wrong it might not be that one it might be:

I posted his score..but i also asked how he made the render. I might think that he banned me because of that mabey. Im not quite sure. But here is my opinion on this subject. I belive asking how he made a render or something of that sort does not cause a big problem. If things like that do not happen the signature thread will be bland and boring as follows.

It will be no fun and it will just be boring all together. I guess if muzik wants that i dont really want any part of it. I think some other people would agree that we need some small talk to make the thread more interesting. Now im not saying to do this:

Hey thats nice signature, by the way what did you eat for lunch?

Im talking about what i posted about asking how he made the render because that applies directly to his signature and art..but yet it didnt cause a problem.

Thats what i think for now. I know muzik might get mad about this and mabey other people but by doing this i did not break any rules or go against anything that would get me banned. So thinking about banning me wouldnt be accurate.

I cant go on with d2sector until Muzik understands this and everyone else. Im proving a point here...there was a thread about d2sector dying out..well its because there needs to be some changes around here with mods thats the only problem we have..people are getting banned and leaving and not recommending this site.

hes posting that it was kinda overkill for a 2 day ban to ask a question.... the person that posted before him didnt rate both of his sigs so he asked what he would get if he had rated it. no need to flame him by saying " Just get over it" there was no reason to say that.

In this case i beleive kemwing is right. People shouldn't be banned for simply asking a question in relation to The thread, he didn't go off topic.

You got banned for one of those posts or all of them? That is TOTAL BS and if someone doesn't like that, F em. Maybe I am wrong, I'll go read through the thread later when I have time to see for myself what happened, but if this case you posted is true Kem, we do have some problems here.

Now i dont feel so crazy atleast more then one person see's we have a problem with muzik's choice of banning here.

Are you saying that just because you were banned? I was banned also, and so was Alfzz, and Trogdor and more people if I remember. Obviously we were banned for a good reason, especially if Trogdor is banned because I believe he is one of the most respected members on this site, Alfzz to, I'm glad mods are cracking down more on spam. Although I think that some comments critizism(sp?) should be aloud, the rules were to post something to show off, or to rate others work. We didn't follow rules, payed the price. Be happy it was only for 2 days. I don't think the mods abuse their power, and I like that they are getting serious now. Thats a plus. Anyways, they are making the site cleaner, thats a good thing, and so there isn't much spam and everything is nice and clear.

If you read my post i didnt spam....so i dont know what your talking about...i didnt want to post this in the thread you posted this in because it might be another 2 day ban for spamming. Read my post then tell me if i was spamming.

yea musik realy cant make up his own rules cuzz not everyone reads the first page of the posting, he shoulda just siad somthing like hey guys read the rules you have to rate it, and in a way it was a rating

Of course, I don't think it is fair, nor do I think I should have been banned period. Anything posted that is related to the persons artwork or graphics should be aloud, whether it be asking a question, commenting them or critisizing them. I agree whole heartedly with you Kemwing, but there is no reason to get all bent out of shape, it was only 2 days.

EDIT: I went back and read the 2 pages. All of my posts were relating to graphics, and the only thing as far as I can tell that got you banned was asking me to rate your bottom signature.

Thank you...Im not mad that i got banned for two days...im happy it wasnt longer...what im mad about is that muzik banned me period for an uncalled cause....im happy people understand me:i dont feel like a total idiot...(outcast)

I don't think just because a person doesn't post up a signature, or rates one, they need to be banned. It's the GFX Showoff. People like to know what changes they can make to their signature to make it better, or like to be complemented on how good it is. Not just rated. Say I posted the signature I have below, and somebody gave it 1/10. Now that doesn't help me at all. Okay, they think it is bad, they should be able to tell me what can enhance my signature, or any piece of artwork for that matter.

Yeah i was banned for 4 days (by muzik) for calling bio hax a whore, wheres the justice in that? Seriously I think the 2 day ban is way to harsh, unless you ask a completely off topic question like "i need a map hack" questions like "oh nice text where did you get it?" should be tolerated. Muzik you are the ONLY mod enforcing this, come on
