that could be a cool jewel, but i dont think its worth much to trade, i'd keep it and use it in something.

Lets' see..Crank the ED up to the hi 30's or 40, crank the ress all up to 15, replace the -15%req with +15%ias, maybe have +14 max dmg, THEN it would be good. In its current state, just socket it into like plate mail or sumthing and trade 2 a noob 4 like a p gems or sumthing saying its bugged

Nah a jewel can have a few mods on it so 2 of those mods would of been for mininum damage.
