how cold is cold in New York. Because here in Montana the high for today is supposed to be something like 8 and the low lastnight was -21. And on Christmas it's supposed to be 40 :p . What a weird state i live in

It's been a slow snow season for most of the U.S. Not all, the Central just got tallywhacked with a lot of snow. But yes, it has stunk for the most part, and unless you live by the Great Lakes, and I mean right by them, or in mountainous areas, we are S.O.L. for quite a while...
