I came to d2s to check out my pms and stuff and i encountered that all my points from the bank are missing and on me .. i also realized that i am in negative for some reason... wtf happened to this acc?

a mod may him took the points 4 something but don't know if they can do that if not that i don't know

How do you get -points? Like could you trade lik 2k points for something if you don't have the points and just be in debt?
