Hey all I was just wondering what Graphics card you all use, since this is a d2 site I imagine most will be low, but prove me wrong.


I run on a 9250 and I play Doom 3 at 1024 with no chop 99 percent of the time.

9250? I'm taking this is a ATI Radeon? That's amazing!
I use a ATI Radeon 9600 w/ 128 MB DDR.

The gaming cafe my dad owns has GeForce FX 5200 in the boxes and they run Half life 2 & Doom really smooth

wonder how the fx5200 handles hl2 n doom 3.......:p

I was REALLY suprised at how my G-card handles Doom 3 and Half Life-3. It handled really well with no chop. I played Half life-3 on 1024X768.(dont know if it matters) And Doom3 on default settings.

Im plannin to buy a new g card next week...my current one is a stupid,pathetic built in card in the mobo...
I dun really know much bout g cards...what does the mb on the card for?

I know that the one on the mobo is worse than the seperate kind, because my other built in one couldn't even run Halo, and that's pretty old.

I just got my comp like 2 months ago too.
