yeah fuggle ty for the build, but in ur weop wouldnt it be better to use 4 shaeled with a good modded 15 ias jewel since that will cap ias also im pretty sure. oh and theres no way a ele druid wins unless he plays cheap since my 23k fire ball sorc takes druids out on 1 1/2 hits, first hit they lose shield and hafl life second die, so srry but the dude that said his ele druid could own ne fc druid i highly doubt it. o and wat ever thing u put the 15 ias jewel in fuggle u shouldnt have of since u can only get ias from weops and nothign else in bear form.

Forgot to put that you can do like4s shaels and 2x 15 ias and res or something of the like in there.

I had to remake mine cause after a long night of lvling I was half asleep and made some very bad skill choices ........

But after spending the whole night dueling proud to say it owns all chars except 2 so far that I've faced. The ultra tweaked conc barb, and a godly fanatazealot with absolute perf gear were the only real problems so far. Still amazes me that people don't believe I use a shael'd phase, they think I switch it up after I shapeshift, heh.

So far lvl 74, havnet gone to hell yet and doin a nice 12k damage after bc.
This is my first good dueler and I owe it all to fuggle.

What about Griswold's Scepter (4 socket) it already has 40% ias, just add 4 shaels and it has 120% ias just like phase blade.

But ! the dex req on Griswold's scepter is only 58! lets see now your saving 78 stat points that can be used in vitality...

BTW, griswold scepter has a much better non fire dmg, so it will hit even harder, but all the other equip you have chosen is just perfect.

Phase blade speed is -30, Caddy is -10 You would need a lot more ias to hit the break point. Nice try though.

Yeah you are right, but it dossen't really matter because if you follow the instructions on the other gear, Then you cant feel the difference when hitting, and i think that 78 more vitality points are better.

But if you want even more IAS even though i can't feel the difference, then you should prob. get a Phase blade.

I have used the scepter wasnt too effective. Zealers would rape me because I couldnt hit fast enough to hit the high defence ones. You wouldnt have a chance against a smiter anymore either.

No A crystal sword has speed of [0] Phase has [-30] Phase is hella faster.

Sounds like you need more Attack Rating.

Try getting hold of a Demon Limb and keep in your secondary weapon slot, with its Level 23 Enchant charges you'd not only add some damage, but you'd also get a bonus of +218% to your attack rating.

I got 20k ar, Demonlimb works i guess but not necessary. Phase blade still owns griz weap anyday.

quick question.. how necessary is the shael in the ss. would it be better to have fire facet or is the shael much better?
